CERA study sees dramatic rise in world oil output downplays a'peak'soon

Countering fears of declining oil output and a looming supply crunch,Cambridge Energy Research Associates June 21 issued a new report showing world crude capacity will increase"dramatically"by 2010 and could exceed demand by 6-to 7.5-mil b/d.In a teleconference,CERA said its Worldwide Liquids Capacity Outlook To 2010 showed crude production capacity could rise as much as 20%,or 16-mil b/d,from 2004 to 2010 with more than half the increase in light,sweet grades.
