Singapore-South Korea's LG-Caltex restarted its 25,000 b/d No 1 reformer and 35,000 b/d No 2 reformer at its 650,000 b/d Yeosu refinery,a source close to the company said Wednesday.The units were charged up last Sunday to Monday,but operating rates were "unstable,"the source said but LG-Caltex hopes to achieve on-specification production soon.
