Gallium prices slipped on August 2k as sellers reported weaker concluded business in Europe and Japan, while the domestic market in China remained brittle. MB free-market gallium fell to 820-890 dollars per kg, from 830-910 dollars per kg at the beginning of lastweek. Activity in Europe and the USA was relativelythin and sales at 900 dollars are no longer achievable, sources said.
