USA: Waggaman plant starting up

Incitec-Pivot said September 29 that it has begun startup operations at its 800,000 mt ammonia unit at Waggaman, Louisiana. Industry sources told Fertilizer Week during this week's TFI World Conference that the plant has had some ups and downs during start-up, as have other recent US nitrogen plant startups.
