October 2015 imports of urea into Sri Lanka of 38,600 mt were down by 28.7% on October 2014, but arrivals from China were nevertheless up by 30% to 37,600 mt while deliveries from the UAE dropped from 25,200 mt to a mere 1,000 mt.
