The demand outlook is slightly better this week even though ground condtions mean there is no field work going on across the Corn Belt. The new sales are going to retailers who are more confident about the outlook for corn acres than in prior weeks and see the wet weather as encouraging urea use rather than some other forms of nitrogen.
