Cooper wraps Indonesia exit

Australia’s Cooper Energy has signed an agree- ment with Canada’s ACL International and Singapore’s Lamara Energy for the sale of its 55% stake in the Tangai-Sukananti KSO in the South Sumatra Basin, Indonesia. Under the deal, Cooper will receive total consid- eration of US $4.3m inclusive of working capital. The sale agreement is subject to regulatory and joint venture approvals.
