Egypt approves five deals

Egypt has approved five exploration agreements with foreign operators, according to the country’s Petroleum Minister Tarek El Molla. Four of the deals are offshore in the Mediterranean Sea and cover exploration drilling activity between Egypt’s state gas board EGAS and BP, Eni, Total, and Edison.
