Premier tweaks E.ON deal

Following the deal of 13 January whereby Premier Oil agreed to acquire the whole of E.ON’s UK North Sea assets for US $120m, the two compa- nies have agreed to reduce the completion adjust- ment to $15m and the aggregate consideration for the transaction payable by Premier to $135m.
