Lamprell has agreed to sell its subsidiary Litwin PEL to India’s Nauvata for US $3m. Litwin is an engineering and minor engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting company that serves the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Lamprell said.
