Wood wins Kazakhstan deal

KTR-WG Turbine Services, a joint venture between Wood Group and KazTurboRemont (KTR), has been awarded a long-term service agreement by the North Caspian Production Operating Co (NCPOC) in Kazakhstan. The joint venture will support the critical rotating equipment on the Kashagan project to develop the 5,600sq km Kashagan oil field in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
