Pakistan’s state-owned Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDC) has struck oil and gas in Sindh province, southeast Pakistan. The Saand Well-1 in District Tando Allah Yar of Sindh province was drilled to a depth of 8,698ft (2,651m), targeting the Lower Goru formation, and found hydrocarbons.
