Golar-Keppel FLNG talks

Norway’s Golar LNG and Singapore’s Keppel Shipyard are holding talks on a engineering procurement and construction contract for a Floating LNG (FLNG) vessel. The companies started the Front-End Engineering and Design work on an FLNG conversion last November and work was completed at the end of August.
