LNGL Inks Magnolia Deal

Australia - listed LNG Ltd (LNGL) has signed a nonbinding heads of agreement for a tolling arrangement with Gas Natural SDG, part of Spain's Gas Natural Fenosa Group, for up to 2 million tons/yr from the former's Magnolia LNG project at Lake Charles port in Louisiana. Under the HoA, which is valid until Jun. 30 next year, GNF will conduct due diligence of the Magnolia project and LNGL will prepare the first draft of a proposed definitive tolling agreement by end October.
