An easing of geopolitical tensions between Iran and the West has contributed to the recent slide in oil prices, but policy analysts are warning against excessive optimism about a diplomatic breakthrough over Tehran's nuclear program. Talks between diplomats from Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany -- the P5+1 cohort -- are set to resume in Baghdad on May 23 after a previous round of meetings in Istanbul last month.
