Japan’s onshore oil product stocks fell again last week, marking the seventh consecutive week of declines. Product stocks slipped by 3.3% to 66.94 million bbl in the week ending Feb. 25, according to data released by the Petroleum Association of Japan trade group. Stock levels fell by 2.27 million bbl compared to the previous week. Inventories have fallen by a total of 15.18 million bbl since Jan. 7. Refining runs rose to 3.72 million b/d, the equivalent of 86.9% of capacity. In the previous week, runs averaged 3.68 million b/d.
