The sale of four oil terminals in deepwater ports in Denmark from Dong Energy to Canadian energy infrastructure business Inter Pipeline Fund will not be closed until the first quarter of 2012, the Danish energy company said on Friday. The $510 million deal was due to be completed by the end of 2011, having been announced in June this year (IOD Jun.21’11).
