Statoil Fuel Profits Up

Newly listed Statoil Fuel & Retail's (SFR) third-quarter profits rose by 6.5%, compared with the same period last year, to 2.76 bil- lion kroner ($472 million), the company re- ported Tuesday (IOD Oct.8,p8). Adjusted earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) were up 24% to 1.03 billion kroner.
