The two Swiss nationals held since September at an undisclosed location in Libya have been returned to the Swiss embassy in Tripoli without explanation, Switzerland said late Monday. Switzerland last week adopted a tougher line over the affair, accusing Tripoli of abducting the men in violation of international law and moving to restrict visas to Libyan nationals (IOD Nov.6,p2). The US also expressed its concern.
