Legal troubles mount for Revolution Aluminum

Legal woes are continuing to pile up for Revolution Aluminum LLC, formerly known as American Specialty Alloys Inc. (ASA), with more former employees filing lawsuits against the company.Joseph Frimpong filed suit in U.S. District Court in Alabama alleging that chief executive officer Roger Boggs fraudulently misrepresented the status of the company in order to extract money and labor from Frimpong without paying him wages or having a viable company to get off of the ground.
