The principal gold-ore occurrences known at the area of VCM are located within graben-synclinorium belts composed of greenstone rocks. They are attached to tectonically stressed blocks, zones of cataclastic foliation, mylonitization and brecciation, linking with fields of the widespread diorite porphyrite jlykes of Stoilo-Nikolaevsky complex (PR_1) and, probably, with plagiogranite dykes of Saltykovsky complex (AR_2). Furthermore, gold-ore occurrences are located within aureoles of hydrothermally alterated rocks with mineral composition corresponding to he low- and middle-temperature formations. There are distinguished, among those aureoles, the wide low-contrast halos and the arrow aureoles with intensive metaso-matic alteration of host rocks. The typical features of the arrow aureoles are as following: an intensive se-ricitization (the beresitization) of rocks and humbeization of diorite porphyrite dykes, as well as a development of disseminated and veinlet-scattered sulfides. Moreover, gold-ore occurrences are located in zones with pyrite marked by the relatively elevated values of thermoeiectromotive force (TEMF).
