摘要

Welded joint is a typical mechanical hctcrogeneous body. A quantity of welded structures service under dynamic loading condition. The study of dynamic fracture toughness of welded joint is of great importance both in theoretical and practical. A simplified welded joint model (softer material jointed to harder material ) is established by electronic beam welding technology in this paper. The effect of mechanical heterogeneity of welded joint on dynamic fracture toughness is investigated by using the established model. It is found that, the value of dynamic fracture toughness is lower when the crack located in the harder zone and the value incrcascs as the distance between the crack and the interface decreases, the value of dynamic fracture toughness is higher when the crack located in the softer zone and the value decreases as the distance belween the crack and the interface increases
机译:焊接接头是典型的机械多相体。一定数量的焊接结构在动态载荷条件下工作。焊接接头动态断裂韧性的研究在理论和实践上都具有重要意义。本文采用电子束焊接技术建立了简化的焊接接头模型(较软的材料与较硬的材料接合)。利用建立的模型研究了焊接接头机械异质性对动态断裂韧性的影响。结果表明,当裂纹位于较硬区域时,动态断裂韧性值较低;随着裂纹与界面距离的减小,其动态断裂韧性值增大;当裂纹位于较硬区域时,动态断裂韧性值较高。较软的区域,并且值随着裂纹和界面之间的距离增加而减小
