摘要

A method to attain magnetization reversal in the films with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy at lower magnetic field was demonstrated. The stress induced anisotropy caused by the mechanical stress changes the easy axis of the magnetization of DyFeCo films from perpendicular to in-plane direction. Application of lower field is enough to reverse the magnetization during the application of mechanical stress.
