The supercritical carbon dioxide (SFCO{sub}2) process possesses prevailing advantages of green environment and energy saving in the application of precision cleaning. For supercritical carbon dioxide ( CO{sub}2 ) fluid there are some physical properties, for example the high permeability, low diffusivity, low viscosity, low surface tension, etc. Nozzle is employed for this study. SFCO{sub}2 liquid is atomized before arriving at the test objectives. The momentum of fluid is transferred to the cleaned model directly. Turbulence disturbs the cleaning flowflied. It improves the efficiency and lows down the cost. For the purpose of demonstrating the efficiency, the studies are carried out with the pool cleaning process and the injection cleaning process. The aviation nut is chosen to be the cleaned model. The aviation nut is observed by stereoscopic zoom microscopes. The gray factors of the images are analyzed to demonstrate the efforts. Results show that the cleaning/process of SFCO{sub}2 provides a tool to the nut cleaning for the good performance. Besides, it shows the atomization of SFCO{sub}2 has good effort to the aviation nut cleaning.
