The global market revival after Ramadan and holidays in Europe will beexpressed in a probable growth of export quotations for HR coils in the CIS.In September, prices in the Azov-Black Sea and Caspian Sea ports are torise by $10-20/t. However, the recovery in export markets will not be enoughfor domestic mills to follow the trend: prices in Russia and Ukraine exceedexport quotations by $15-30/t. In October-November, the situation in exportmarkets will become seasonally worse, though imbalance between domesticand export prices will be quite acceptable.
