摘要

Various ways for detecting slide vale failure are discussed in thepaper. Specifically, a new method for detecting slide val stickingstate is first presented. The method does not depend on any specialsensor and is only based on the detection of oscillation currentwere within a valve coil. Results of theoretical analysis andexperimental research are given for comparison. In order to remove aslide valve sticking online, a concept and method of "electricalhammer" is introudced. At last, an application example of he methodsis discussed. In fact, it is an Electro-hydraulic turbine system withfailure diagnosis, fault-tolerant and trouble removal functions.
