The note below is an edited version (I hope to have done it justice) of comments by Mr John Marks on the issues regarding the activities, and qualifications of Ventilation Engineers to meet the needs of North American Mines. Given the similarity with similar issues in this part of the World, I thought it would be interesting to publish this to compare notes.
