摘要

This paper reports results on development of the manufacturing technology of targets for experiments on the ISKRA-4 and ISKRA-5 facilities. We describe construction and peculiarities of the fabrication technology for indirectly driven targets with casings of spherical and cylindrical geometry. The central capsule is a glass or polystyrene microsphere filled with a gaseous mixture of DT. In targets with cylindrical casings it can be separated from laser boxes by CH-film partitions. Surface of the central capsule can be covered by layers of metals, parylene, and SiO_2. Also are presented the results for microspheres of glass embedded with europium and lead. A description in given of technologies for filling shells with mixture of DT, Ne, and Ar.
