The age of (over)discovery.

It is paradoxical that for the first 100 years of radiology, we worried about our ability to see well, and now we worry about our ability to see too well. Our vision has to some degree exceeded our knowledge base, or, put another way, we have moved from an age of discovery to an age of overdiscovery.
