Have coking coal prices hit bottom?

There's a growing feeling that coking coal prices may have hit bottom and price improvements could lie ahead in the second half of 2013. Alpha Natural Resources CEO Kevin Crutchfield told those in attendance at the Coaltrans USA Conference in Miami that he believes the first quarter benchmark of $165.oo/tonne FOB Australia is the bottom mark for coking coal prices.
