I get a retirees newsletter from a powder company group where I worked for over 30 years. The powder section of the company no longer exists so the newsletter is about a slirinking group of the elderly. It's a terrific group and their lives are still full of interest but it's sort of like the last bottle club of military fame. He who survives the longest gets to drink the well-aged bottle of cognac and turn out the lights.
