SPIE Photonics Europe: Festive Journal Launch and Poster Prize

Strasbourg (F) - From April 7 to 11, the SPIE Photonics Europe conference was held in Strasbourg. With 18 sub-conferences and about 1.000 presentations it has become Europe's most important forum for the presentation of results in photonics research. The broad scope of topics across the field of photonic technologies and the inclusion of industry attracted about 2,300 participants, with growth in technical areas as well as the exhibition, which included 150 exhibiting companies.
