MEMBERSHIP REPORT

摘要

Updating the snapshot statistics for CINDE membership reveals that as of late we have 1600+ members, of which 60 are corporate, 43 are sustaining and the remaining 1223 are individual members. Our membership is distributed across the country as shown in Figure 1. The new Student Chapters continue to hold promise for developing our future membership. The seasonal change from the "winter that didn't want to end" into spring has me thinking about the ideas we shared about member services in the last Journal. Of those I would like to expand on the subject of surveys, to point out their uses and benefits to the people and organizations that use them.
