The price of the November crude oil futures contract on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) climbed for the fourth consecutive day Friday, ending last week at 83.69/bbl, an all time high price for the prompt contract.The previous record was 83.32/bbl, set on Sept. 20.
