Chevron Africa Holdings, a unit of integrated major Chevron, has completed the previously announced sale of Chevron Nigeria Holdings to Corlay Global, a Panamanian holding company. Corlay is owned by an African-based consortium composed of MRS Holding and Petroci Holding. The deal, which was announced last year, is for Chevron downstream marketing assets. Chevron's upstream operation in Nigeria will not be affected by the sale (see WRFT 09/22/08).
