France's LNG industry has long been dominated by state champion Gaz de France (GdF) and oil major Total.But France,like its less resistant neighbors,is slowly liberalizing its gas market to meet European Union standards,and the reforms could provide a window of opportunity for others to get a foothold in French LNG imports.
