Members take the lead

Six employees of Civil Contractors Federation members in Perth have broken new ground with their attendance at a successful Effective Supervisory Management course. The course was the first of its kind in that it was held at the CCF's Welshpool premises and all participants were CCF members.They comprised Stuart Buckby, Mark Sutton, Kym Siedel and Tim Ryan from Brierty Contractors, Jason Linton from Reinforced Concrete Products and Harry Pitlo from Malavoca.The course was conducted over nine weekly Wednesday afternoon sessions, each of two hours, by Julie Edwards and Ryt Valiukenas of Leadership Management Australia. The feedback from the participants was outstanding.
