摘要

TUBE spinning technology is one of the effective methods of manufacturing the large diameter thin-wall cylindrical workpieces universally. It has been widely used in practical production at present. Because the tube spinning process is complicated ofits own, many difficulties will be encountered in accurate analysis theoretically. In recent years, the plastic finite element method has been developed rapidly and promoted the theoretical analysis of deformation on power spinning. Spinning process possesses the feature of local loading and local plastic deformation, in which the loading position, loading direction, restrained condition, etc. change uninterruptedly. There are some special advantages to deal with this kind of problem in finite element method. In this note, a 3-D-BSPIN, large deformation three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element code, has been developed to simulate the process of backward spinning of tube, in which the local loading theory and dynamic boundary conditions have beenadopted for the first time. The instantaneous displacement fields of tube spinning in different sections are obtained. This research work not only enriches the deformation theory of spinning, but provides a theoretical basis for controlling the dimension precision and improving the qualified rate of spun parts in practical production.
