Injection moulding of plastic micro parts

The injection moulding of micro ports is on economic process for large series production, but high demands on mould and machine technology as well as on processing technology have to be met. The 1KV analysed these demands basically, considering also questions about the choice of material and the design of micro cavities. As a result, there are new processing technologies for a flexible and efficient production of micro parts.
