Last month's Problem Page was unusually long. Apart from the fact that towards the end it began, even to my ears, to sound rather like one of those soap-box at Hyde Park Corner speeches, for which I apologise, it also left me unsure that I had fullyimparted what I had set out to say. Don't at this stage let that sinking sensation that I'm sure you are beginning to feel tempt you to move on to the next page. It's not my intention to begin all over again. This month I will be as brief as last month Iwas, perhaps, over lengthy. Following a short preamble, to which I seem congenitally addicted, I'd simply like this month's edition to be a short, pithy conclusion to the subject; for the present. It will also serve, as you will appreciate, as a punctuation between this and other less pressing problems that might materialise in succeeding months.
