Trying to be a jack of all trades can lead to a lack of focus,an issue that Konstrukta-Industry,a tire machinery manufacturer based in the Slovak Republic,has recently addressed.The company has changed its organizational structure from being one entity that combined sales,engineering,and production of rubber-manufacturing machinery,explosives treatment machinery,and automotive equipment,to having a separate division for each product line.
