Byelaw change will allow more members to nominate themselves for fellowship

The Society's Council,at the February Council meeting,agraeed to seek a Byelaw amendment to allow more members of the Society to nominate themselees for fellowship.The amendment would allow implementation of a scheme approved at the Council's last meeting (PJ,13 December,p822).
