Blue rubber bleb nevus disease

I have read with interest Dr. Gawrych et al.'sl paper entitled "Coexistence of splenic hemangioma and vascular malformation of the lower extremity in a child: a case report" in a recent issue of the Journal (2012; 54: 436-439). Although no image of the left leg was included, from the description of the lesions, I would consider the diagnosis of blue rubber bleb nevus disease in this patient, in whom hemangiomas of internal organs would also be expected.
