The July award winner is Sophia Carter from Gordon Rowe Jewellers. A relative newcomer to the industry, she has worked in the Torquay store for just 18 months. Her arrival there was almost an accident: "I was working in retail before and I happened to serve David and Regina Rowe. They were so happy with my customer service, they invited me for an interview," she explains.
