As is now the norm, we have both 'hard copy' and 'online' articles in this issue. Our articles are as wide in geographical and topical coverage as ever, including Gericke and Hoist on healthcare financing in the Yemen; Williams and Brian on health rights in Papua New Guinea; Asnawi Abdullah et al. on achieving targets for covering the population for primary healthcare; Okeibunor et al. on evaluating sustainability within the African Programme for Onchocerciasis Control; Duckett et al. on healthcare need in Alberta Canada; and Wong et al. on a means of using geographical information analysis to relate need to service gaps in Singapore.
