Anglo American Sells Out Undeveloped Concessions In Australia

On 6th July Anglo American plc announced to sell out five undeveloped concessions in Australia to consortium of South Korea and Australia. The consortium is composed of two South Korean enterprises including Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) and POSCO plus Cockatoo Coal of Australia. KEPCO and POSCO are major shareholders of Cockatoo Coal with holding ratios of 14.7 percent by POSCO and 8.3 percent by KEPCO (including shares held by subsidiaries).
