Huntsman Forms JV for Chinese Polyols Production

Huntsman and Jurong Ningwu Chemical Co. (Jurong City, China) have announced plans to form a joint venture to develop, manufacture and sell base polyether polyol products in China. The jv will be known as Jurong New Ningwu Chemical Co and will be located at Jurong City. Financial details were not disclosed.
