We read with interest the letter, by Lui and Lo about Agroboctenium radiobocter peritonitis (1). The authors describe a relapsing peritonitis and recommend removing the catheter as soon as possibLe according to thefew cases pubLished in the literature.We present here a 63-year-old male diagnosed with end-stage renal failure secondary to nephroangio-sclerosis. He had started on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) 5 months before. When he was training, hesufferedan eosinophiLicperitonitisthatwas resolved after changing the peritoneal dialysis (PD) supplier.
