We congratulate the authors for amassing the largest urologic experience with LESS procedures. They certainly demonstrate that this new laparoscopic technique is feasible and applicable to a variety of urologic pathologies. However, trying to interpret the results in this compilation of 13 different LESS surgeries is difficult-the tables provided can serve as initial benchmarks for perioperative outcomes.
