摘要

The authors retrospectively present their results regarding erectile function after penile revascularization in patients enduring PFUIs. Their procedure involves anastomosis of the IEA to either the dorsal penile artery or the deep dorsal vein in an end to' side fashion. A total of 17 patients were eligible for the study, and all were evaluated with penile duplex ultraso-nography to evaluate for venous leak and arterial insufficiency. They had an 82% success rate, but most patients were using PDE-5 inhibitors or ICI, or both, after the surgery. Success was assessed as reported by the operating surgeon.
